1.0 OBJECTIVE

The  Tweende Rewards aims  to achieve the following key objectives :

1- To reward and show of appreciation of our frequent flyers.
2-To build long term relationships with our clients

3-To encourage repeated business from our valued  clients

2.0 PERIOD OF APPLICATION

This  programme  is effective  01  July  2007 and shall run until advised otherwise

3.0   TERMS AND   CONDITIONS

1-All  tickets bought  and  travel undertaken  before  01, July 2007  will not be  eligible under Tweende Rewards

2- Passengers  on all our routes ( both domestic and regional) are eligible to enter the programme except children(02-12years) , infants(01day-02years)   and industry discounted ticket holders.

3-After completing ten (10)   one way flights on Zambian Airways services within a period of twelve months the qualifying passenger will be entitled to redeem one free   one-way  ticket  to any of our  REGIONAL DESTINATIONS. Ten return  flights will also attract a free return ticket. The  free ticket is  valid for twelve(12) months.

4-The free ticket must be  utilized  within 12 months of approval

5-Booking reference  of completed flights must be  retained by the passenger and presented to Zambian Airways for verification when claiming the free ticket.

6-Zambian Airways shall examine the documentation presented for authenticity

7-The  free ticket will be authorized by appointed Zambian Airways Account Officers

8-When claiming the free ticket qualifying passengers will be required to produce IDENTITY  documents ,e g. Passport or National Registration Card

9-Passengers who qualify for the free ticket will be required to fill in a claim form not less than 7 working days before intended departure date

10-Passangers may nominate anybody else  to use the Tweende Rewards  before the  ticket is issued

11-No cash payment will be given whatsoever in lieu of the free Reward ticket.

12-Tweende Rewards tickets will be given exclusive of any taxes, airport departure fees and any other surcharges

13-Zambian Airways reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Tweende Rewards  without  notice

14-Tweende Rewards bookings are subject to seat availability

15-Any date or sector change to the booking will attract a fee of USD25.00 per sector per passenger

16-No change of passenger will be allowed after ticket is issued

17-NO-SHOW passengers  will forfeit the free ticket
